Mini Bulls

Ages: 4-5 years // Length: 3 hours

A New York Red Bulls Mini Bulls Camp is targeted to players ages 4 to 5 years. Research shows that a player that is just starting out needs to immediately experience the fun aspect of the game. Therefore, the Mini Bulls Camp focus on teaching soccer fundamentals in a fun based play environment. The curriculum focuses on two main areas: (1) Physical Literacy and (2) Ball Awareness. Half Day & Full Day

Ages: 6-14 years // Length: 3-3.5 hours & Ages: 7-14 years // Length: 6-6.5 hours

Half-day and full-day skills camps focus on the introduction and mastery of ball skills. This is achieved through maximum ball contact, expert coaching, skill development & inspiration. Through our camp structure and connection to the professional game, an environment is created that keeps players invested in their own development, long after the camp concludes. Each day focuses on a different topic, with structured activities, conditioned games & match play included to keep the players motivated and focused. Players are assigned to a group based on age and ability levels. Learn more from our Summer Camp Explainer Series here.

Extended Day

Ages: 9-16 years // Length: 12 hours

This program follows the same curriculum as the Residential player camp but is for players who prefer to travel into the site each day and return home at night (8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. each day, 2.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m on Sunday). Lunch and dinner are provided onsite. The extended day camp option is not available for RDS residential camps.

Designed for travel and select level players, the curriculum covers both advanced technical and tactical skills. The goal of the curriculum is to put players in a learning environment where they are challenged technically, tactically, physically, and mentally. Player camps are open registration and are not subject to tryout.

Team Camp

U8 to U18

Team camps are for groups of 10 or more players that sign up as a full team. The New York Red Bulls understands that every team has its own unique training demands. Therefore, a flexible curriculum approach is offered so that selected topics can be extensively covered and revisited based on the team’s ability level and rate of progress. There are four core building blocks that make up the team camp training week. Central to each area is maximum ball contact, conditioning with the ball and team building.
